سعت الدراسة إىل توضيح الدور الذي تلعبه املمارسات التسويقية لوكاالت السياحة يف ترقية السياحة الصحراوية ومدى احلاجة
إليه باعتباره أحد مصادر احلداثة والتميز وذلك من خالل تطبيق وتفعيل األنشطة التسويقية، حبوث تسويقية، ختصيص نظام
معلومات تسويقي خاص بالوكالة، املزيج التسويقي السياحي املتضمن كل من املنتج بأنواعه ومستوياته، طرق التسعري، كيفية
التوز يع، وسائل الرتويج هلا وسنسلط الضوء يف دراستنا هذه على وكالة مزاب سياحة tours Mzab اليت تسعى لتحقيق التميز
والريادة، من خالل تقدمي خدمات سياحية صحراوية جديدة ومتنوعة لإلشباع رغبات السياح وتلبيتها من منطلق تسويقي لتتمكن
من البقاء واالستمرارية يف الزخم التنافسي الذي يشهده قطاع الوكاالت بوالية غرداية؛
وهلذا الغرض مت االعتماد على املالحظة العلمية والوثائق واملطبوعات وإجراء مقابالت مع كل من مدير وكالة مزاب سياحة
tours Mzab ،ومدير التنمية السياحية ملديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية بوالية غرداية؛ وقد توصلت الدراسة أن املمارسات
التسويقية اليت تقوم هبا الوكالة هلا أمهية كبرية يف كوهنا تطبيق لألنشطة التسويقية مما جتعل الوكالة تتميز باحلداثة والتطور وتكو ن
السباقة لطرح خدمات تسويقية جديدة يف السوق، كما توصلنا أن للممارسات التسويقية اليت تقوم هبا الوكاالت دور كبري يف ترقية
السياحة الصحراوية
The study sought to clarify the role played by marketing practices of tourism agencies in the
promotion of desert tourism and the need for it as one of the sources of modernity and
excellence through the application and activation of marketing activities, marketing research,
and the allocation of a marketing information system for the Agency.
The tourist marketing mix includes each product of all types and levels, pricing methods,
how to distribute, and means of promotion. In this study, we will highlight M’zab Tours,
which seeks excellence and leadership, through the provision of tourism services new desert
and variety to satisfy the desires of tourists and meet them from a marketing point of view to
stay and continuity in the competitive momentum witnessed by the agency sector in the state
of Ghardaia.
For this purpose, scientific observation, documents, publications and interviews were
conducted with the Director of M’zab Tours and the Director of Tourism Development of
the Directorate of Tourism and Handicraft of Ghardaia State. The study found that the
agency's marketing practices are of great importance in the application of marketing
activities, which makes the agency characterized by modernity and development and be the
first to introduce new marketing services in the market. We also found that the agency's
marketing practices play a major role in promoting desert tourism.
