Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى علاج موضوع "دور أساليب المخاسبة الادارية في تحسين الاداء المالي للمؤسسة دراسـة حالـة المؤسسة اتقتدـادية لدـناعة األ بيـب PIPE ALFA ،" مـن خـلال معاجلـة الاشـكالية التي تتمحـور حــول " إىل أي مــدن أكــن أن تســاهم أســاليب احتاســبة اإلداريــة يف ســني األداء املــايل للمؤسســة االقتصــادية اجلزائرية ؟"، فمن خالل هذا البحث حاولنا إبراز املفـاهيم اخلاصـة ابحتاسـبة اإلداريـة واألداء املـايل وأسـاليب احتاسـبة اإلداريـة بنوعيهـا قالتقليديـة واحلديثـة . وقـد اعتمـدان يف دراسـتنا علـى املـنهف الوصـفي التحليلـي، وجـاءت الدراسـة امليدانية كمحاولة لتقييم أراء ذوي االختصاص من خالل اللقاء واالستقصـاء واالسـتطالع ابسـتخدام أداة االسـتبانة اليت مشلت املدققيني قداخليني، خارجيني والعاملني يف جمـال احتاسـبة واملاليـة ابملؤسسـات االقتصـادية، وقـد أ هـرت هـذه الدراسـة نتيجـة أساسـية مفادهـا أن املعلومـات الـيت متـدها أسـاليب احتاسـبة اإلداريـة تكمـن أ يتهـا يف مسـاعدة املـديرين يف اذـاذ القـرارات السـليمة ومعاجلـة اال رافـات، وابلتـايل فهـو يسـمح للمؤسسـة ابحتافظـة علـى مركزهـا التنافسي ومنه التحسن والتطور يف أدائها املايل، وهذا مابني لنا العالقة الطردية بني املتغريين. وعليه فإن الباحثة توصي بضرورة تبين أساليب احتاسبة اإلدارية وهذا لتقليل التكاليف وتطبيق األعمال ابلطريقة الصحيحة من أول مرة وتقليل الوقت واجلهد وزايدة الرحبية . The objective of our study is to deal with the subject of "The roal of the Accounting Administration Methods to improve the Institute Financial Performance , a case study to the economical institute for Pipe industries ALFA PIPE "through processing a problematic which is : For what extent can the Accounting Administration Methods help to improve the Financial Performance of the Algerian Economical Institute. So through this research , we tried to display special concepts of The Accounting Administration , The Financial Performance , and The Accounting Administration Methods with its two kinds ( the new one and the old one ) . We adopted on our study the Descriptive Analytical Method .The study field came as an attempt to evaluate the opinions of specialists by meeting , investigation , and reconnaissance by using the questionnaire tool which included auditors ( internal and external ), the workers in the Accounting Field , and Finance in the Economical Institute. This study has shown a basic result effect that provide them with the information which provide Accounting Administration Methods . Its importance lies in helping administrators to make a right decision and to process the deviations . It allows institute to maintain its competitive position . So it improves and develops The Financial Performance. This is what shows as the a similar relationship between two variables . Accordingly, the researchers recommends a need to adopt the Accounting Administration Methods to reduce costs , to applicate businesses in the right way from the first time , and to decrease time and effort and increase profitability .
