Abstract:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة دور سياسة االاقراض في ترشيد التمويل في البنوك التجارية –دراسة حالة مجموعة من
البنوك التجارية بغرداية، من خلال معاجلة االاشكالية : كيف تساهم سياسة الاقراض في توجه البنوك التجارية لاتخاذ
قرار منح التمويل وتدنية التعثر ادلصريف؟، ومن أجل الوصوؿ إذل اذلدؼ، حاولنا إبراز ادلفاىيم وادلنطلقات األساسية
لسياسة االقراض حبيث مت اعتماد ادلنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
وبعد استعراض وعرض ادلفاىيم النظرية لسياسة االقراض، طبقت ىذه الدراسة على رلموعة من البنوؾ
التجارية CPA-BDL-BNA بغرداية، كعينة اقتصادية باجلزائر، ولتحقيق أىداؼ الدراسة مت توزيع استبانة

The aim of this research to determine the role of the lending policy in the
rationalization of funding in the commercial banks - a case study of a group of
commercial banks in Ghardaia, by addressing the problem: how contribute the
policy of lending in the commercial banks to take the decision to grant funding
and minimize the faltering banking?, and Bulk Access to objective, we tried to
highlight the concepts and fundamental premise of the lending policy, so that the
adoption of analytical descriptive approach.
And after the review and presentation of theoretical concepts and policy lending,
applied study on a group of commercial banks BNA-BDL-CPA in Ghardaia,
sampled in Algeria, and to achieve the economic objectives of the study was the
distribution of the resolution prepared for this purpose, the compilation and
analysis of data using SPSS program, the study concluded that commercial banks
rely on a policy of lending in the rationalization of the decision to grant credit.
