دور نظام المعلونات المحاسبي في إلخاذ القرارات الإدارية الإستثنارية دراسة حالة ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لولاية غرداية لسنة 2018

Abstract

The accounting information system is the basis, on which a large number, of users depend on making decisions, through the financial statements, that help them, to know the financial situation, of the institution before starting to deal with it, whether inside the institution, to match its needs and peculiarities, and take appropriate decisions, or outside the institution, due to the availability of guarantees, that create the necessary trust, in the business world. This study aims to shed light on, the role of the accounting information system in making investment decisions, at the Office of Real Estate Promotion and Management of the State of Ghardaia as a case study, and this is in order, to delve into various aspects of the topic, and with regard to the study tools, the interview, observation, study and analysis of various documents were relied upon, within the interest of accounting department and the adoption, of PC COMPTA as a model for data processing, through data entry, compilation, processing and concluding outputs, which are financial statements on the basis of which investment decisions are made.عتبر نظاـ المعمكمات المحاسبي االساس الذؼ يعتمد عميو عدد كبير مف المستخدميف في اتخاذ القرارات كذلؾ عف طريق القكائـ المالية التي تساعدىـ عمى معرفة الحالة المالية لممؤسسة قبل البدء في التعامل معيا سكاءا داخل المؤسسة لمطابقتيا الحتياجات كخصكصياتيا كاتخاذ القر ارات المناسبة اك خارج المؤسسة لمل تكفره مف ضمانات مف شأنيا خمق نكع مف الثقة الضركرية في عالـ االعماؿ. ىدفت ىذه الدراسة الى تسميط الضكء عمى دكر نظاـ المعمكمات المحاسبي في اتخاذ القرارات االستثمارية بديكاف الترقية كالتسيير العقارؼ لكالية غرداية كد ارسة حالة كىذا مف أجل التعمق في مختمف جكانب المكضكع كفيما يتعمق بأدكات الدراسة تـ االعتماد عمى المقابمة كالمالحظة كدراسة كتحميل مختمف الكثائق ضمف مصمحة المحاسبة بالديكاف كاعتماد COMPTA PC كنمكذج لمعالجة البيانات مف خالؿ ادخاؿ البيانات كتجميعيا كمعالجتيا كالخمكص الى مخرجات عبارة عف قكائـ مالية عمى اساسيا تتخذ القرارات االستثمارية.
