Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى أهمية التحليل المالي في إدارة مخاطر الاستثمار، دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية للإيجار المالي مكتبغردايةاستخدمتهذه الدراسة القوائم المالية للشركة، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي الذي يستند إلى تحليل البيانات المالية، وذلك من خلال تطبيق التحليل الأفقي والتحليل الرأسي والنسب المالية وكان الهدف العام من هذا التحليل هو الوقوف على أهمية التحليل المالي في إدارة المخاطر المرتبطة بالاستثمارحالة الشركة الوطنية للإيجار المالي مكتب غرداية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن حالة الشركة الوطنية للإيجار المالي وكالة غردايةتعتمد على أدوات التحليل المالي في تقييم مخاطر الاستثمار و خاصة الأدوات التقليدية ( النسب المالية ) و التي بفضلها تمكنت الشركة من التنبؤ بمخاطر الإستثمار قبل حدوثها ، و كذلك انخفاض نسبة تعرض الشركة للمخاطر ، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود صعوبات التي قد تشكل عائقا أمام محلل الاستثمار لتطبيق أدوات التحليل المالي أهمها عدم تلقي محلل الاستثمار الدورات تدريبية و كذلك عدم توفر المعلومات المالية المتعلقة بالعميل و عدم الإفصاح عن المعلومات المحاسبية في التقارير المالية المقدمة للشركة This study aims to know the extent of the importance of financial analysis in managing investment risks, a case study of the National Financial Leasing Company, Ghardaia Office. This study used the company’s financial statements,the analytical method, which is based on the analysis of financial statements, has been relied upon,and that through the application of horizontal analysis, vertical analysis and financial ratios, and the general objective of this analysis was to identify the importance of financial analysis in managing investment-related risks. The case of the National Financial Leasing Company, Ghardaia Office. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the case of the National Financial Leasing Company depends on financial analysis tools in evaluating investment risks, especially traditional tools (financial ratios), thanks to which the company was able to predict investment risks before they occur, as well as the decrease in the company’s exposure to risks. The study also found that there are difficulties that may constitute an obstacle for the investment analyst to apply the financial analysis tools, the most important of which is the lack of the investment analyst receiving training courses, as well as the lack of financial information related to the client and the failure to disclose accounting information in the financial reports submitted to the company
