Abstract:
تھدف ھذه الدراسة الى معرفة اثر الثقة التنظیمیة في تحقیق الاستقرار الوظیفي ، لدى
عمال مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغیر الأجراء بالجلفة ، وللإجابة
على إشكالیة الدراسة والتحقق من صحة فرضیاتھا قمنا بإجراء دراسة میدانیة حیث تم
توزیع الاستبیان كأداة لجمع البیانات والمعلومات، من عینة الدراسة التي شملت موظفي
الإدارة والموزعین بطریقة عشوائیة، حیث تم توزیع 52 مفردة، تم تحلیلھا باستخدام
ومن أھم النتائج التي توصلت إلیھا الدراسة كالأتي: SPSS V البرنامج الإحصائي 22
- یدرك العاملون بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة مستوى مرتفع للثقة التنظیمیة بأبعادھا (الثقة
بالمشرفین، الثقة بالزملاء، الثقة بالإدارة العلیا).
- یوجد مستوى متوسط من الاستقرار الوظیفي بأبعاده في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.
- یوجد أثر ایجابي ذو دلالة إحصائیة للثقة التنظیمیة بكل أبعادھا على الاستقرار الوظیفي.
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في مستوى إدراك العاملین الثقة التنظیمیة والاستقرار
الوظیفي تعزى للمتغیرات الشخصیة والوظیفیة
study aims to know the impact of organizational trust in achieving job
stability for the workers of the National Social Security Fund for non-wage
workers in Djelfa. The administration employees and distributors were
randomly assigned, where 52 items were distributed, they were analyzed
using the SPSS V22 statistical program. The most important results of the
study are as follows:
-The employees of the institution under study realize a high level of
organizational trust in its dimensions (trust in supervisors, trust in colleagues,
trust in senior management) in the institution under study.
There is an average level of job stability in all its dimensions in the institution
under study.
-There is a positive impact of organizational confidence in all its dimensions
on job stability
