أثر تطبيق الحوكمة الجامعية على اتخاذ القرارات دراسة ميدانية جامعة غرداية

Abstract

هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بكل منالحوكمة الجامعية واتخاذ القرارات، وكذا معرفة أثر تطبيق الحوكمة الجامعية في اتخاذ القرارات في الجامعات الجزائريات دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية، حيث وبعد استعراض الإطار النظري للموضوع ومن خلال استعمال الاستبيان كأداة منهجية للدراسة وبعد ذلك معالجة وتحليل المعطيات المحصل عليها من عينة الدراسة حيث تم توزيع 40 استبيان إذ تم استرجاع(34) استبيان أقصي منها(4)لعدم جدية الإجابة عليها، وخلص عدد الاستبيانات الخاضعة للتحليل إلى(30)استبيان. إذ كانت النتائج المتوصل إليها في الدراسة كما يلي: - تهتم جامعة غرداية بتطبيق نظام المسائلة على المستوىالفردي والجماعي حيث تعتمد على نتائج المسائلة في تطبيق العقوبات الازمة. - تتمتع جامعة غرداية بميثاق واضح للسلوك الوظيفي والأخلاقي مما يساعدها على تطبيق نظام الشفافية بشكل واضح في اتخاذ القرارات. - لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية للمتغير الشفافية على إتخاذ القرار في جامعة غرداية. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية للمتغير المشاركة على إتخاذ القرار في جامعة غرداية. -توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية للمتغيرالمسائلة على إتخاذ القرار في جامعة غرداية. - لدى الحوكمة الجامعية في جامعة غرداية تأثير واضح في اتخاذ القرارات بغية تحسين جودة التعليم العالي. This study aimed to identify the most important concepts related to both university governance and decision-making, taking As well as knowing the impact of the application of university governance in decision-making in Algerian universities, the case study of the University of Ghardaia, where after reviewing the theoretical framework of the subject and through the use of the questionnaire as a systematic tool for study and then processing and analysing the data obtained from the sample of the study where 40 questionnaires were distributed, 34 questionnaires were retrieved excluded (4) for lack of seriousness of answering them, and the number of questionnaires analysed concluded to (30) questionnaires. The findings in the study were as follows: - The University of Ghardaia is interested in applying the accountability system at the individual and collective level, as it depends on the results of accountability in the application of the necessary sanctions. - Ghardaia University has a clear charter of functional and ethical conduct, which helps it to clearly implement transparency in decision-making. - There is no statistically significant relationship to the variable transparency in decision-making at The University of Ghardaia. - There is a statistically significant relationship to the variable participation in decision-making at the University of Ghardaia. - There is a statistically significant relationship to the variable accountability for decision-making at the University of Ghardaia. - University governance at The University of Ghardaia has a clear impact on decision-making in order to improve the quality of higher education.
