Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور وأهمية نظم المعلومات المالية في تجويد الخدمات المالية، وللإجابة عن إشكالية الدراسة التي تتمحور أساسا حول دور نظم المعلومات المالية في تجويد الخدمات المتعلقة بالجانب المالي في الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية بالمنيعة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره الأنسب لذلك. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة، حيث تم توزيع 32 استمارة على عينة الدراسة المكونة من رؤساء المصالح ومسؤولي المكاتب وموظفو المكاتب المتعلقة بأقسام المحاسبة والمالية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وبعد عملية الفرز والتبويب تم الإبقاء على 30 استبانة صالحة للدراسة والتحليل، حيث تم استخدام برنامج SPSS 22 لإجراء التحليل الإحصائي المناسب لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة والوصول إلى الهدف المطلوب. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 = ) لنظم المعلومات المالية على جودة الخدمات المالية من وجهة نظر مستخدميها؛ - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 = ) بين كفاءة نظم المعلومات المالية وتجويد الخدمات المالية من وجهة نظر مستخدميها. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 = ) بين ملائمة ووضوح نظم المعلومات المالية وتجويد الخدمات المالية من وجهة نظر مستخدميها. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بدقة المعلومات الصادرة من نظم المعلومات المالية والمتعلقة بخدمات الأداءات؛ وكذا العمل على تشخيص مواطن الضعف في أبعاد جودة الخدمة داخل الصندوق محل الدراسة وبشكل مستمر، بغية وضع إستراتيجية هادفة للوصول إلى أقصى مستويات ممكنة من جودة الخدمة المقدمة للمستفيدين بواسطة نظم المعلومات المالية. Abstract: This study aimed to highlight the role and importance of financial information systems in improving financial services, and to answer the problem of the study, which focuses mainly on the role of financial information systems in improving services related to the financial aspect of the National Social Insurance Fund in Al-MNIAA , the descriptive analytical approach was used as the most appropriate for this. The study tool was the questionnaire, where 32 forms were distributed to the sample of the study consisting of heads of interests, Office officials and office staff related to accounting and finance departments in the institution under study, and after the sorting and tabulation process was maintained 30 questionnaires valid for study and analysis, where the 22 program was used to conduct the appropriate statistical analysis to test the hypotheses of the study and reach the desired goal. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which: - There is a statistically significant impact at the index level (a=0.05) of financial information systems on the quality of financial services from the point of view of their users؛ - There is a statistically significant correlation at the semantic level (a=0.05.) between the efficiency of financial information systems and the quality of financial services from the point of view of their users. - There is a statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (a=0.05) between the relevance and clarity of financial information systems and the quality of financial services from the point of view of their users. The study recommended that attention should be paid to the accuracy of information issued by financial information systems related to performance services; as well as work to diagnose weaknesses in the dimensions of the quality of service within the fund under study on an ongoing basis, in order to develop a targeted strategy to reach the maximum possible levels of quality of service provided to beneficiaries through financial information systems
