Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور لوحة القيادة في تفعيل مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، حيث لخصت الدراسة أن لوحة القيادة هي أداة للحوار و التواصل حيث تسمح بقياس أداء المؤسسة ومدى تحيقيها لأهدافها ،ويمكن إعدادها بعدة طرق و أساليب ويشترط أن تخضع هذه العملية لمنهجية صارمة وذلك لمدى أهمية هذه الأداة في مراقبة التسيير خصوصا ما تعلق الأمر بالسرعة وتلخيص المعلومات الضرورية، حيث تمكن المسيرين من التشخيص و التنبؤ و تقييم الأداء و التحفيز و الرقابة و اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب . حيث حاولنا في هذه الدراسة عرض الإطار النظري للوحة القيادة و دورها في تفعيل مراقبة التسيير، ثم محاولة الكشف عن واقع لوحات القيادة في الشركة محل الدراسة و مساهمتها في تفعيل مراقبة التسيير ، وذلك بإسقاط الجانب النظري على شركة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز -مديرية غرداية- . This study aimed to identify the role of the dashboard in enhancing management control in economic enterprises. To achieve this, the descriptiv e and analytical methods were used in the theoretical aspect, while the qualitative method, with interviews as its tool, was used in the practical aspect through a case study of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company - Ghardaia Directorate The study concluded with several findings, the most important being that the dashboard is one of the key management control tools relied upon by the company due to its distinctive features compared to other management tools The dashboard is considered a tool for dialogue and communication, allowing for the measurement of the company's performance and the extent to which it achieves its objectives. It can be prepared in various ways and methods, and this process must adhere to a strict methodology due to the importance of this tool in management control, particularly concerning speed and summarizing necessary information. It enables managers to diagnose, predict, evaluate performance, motivate, monitor, and make appropriate decisions at the right time.
