Abstract:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تؤديه إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية داخل المؤسسات، وقد تم اختيار مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب الحلزونية بغرداية كنموذج تطبيقي لذلك. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم اعتماد مجموعة من المناهج لتوضيح المفاهيم النظرية المرتبطة بمتغيرات البحث، إلى جانب تصميم استبيان لجمع آراء ووجهات نظر الإطارات العاملة داخل المؤسسة.
كما تم استخدام أسلوب التحليل الإحصائي لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS، مما أتاح الوصول إلى عدد من النتائج الهامة، تطبق مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب الحلزونية بغرداية مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وهو ما مكّنها من تحقيق ميزة تنافسية ملموسة مقارنة بمنافسيها، الأمر الذي يساهم في ضمان استمراريتها وتعزيز مكانتها التنافسية على المستويين المحلي والدولي، تسعى المؤسسة إلى تلبية احتياجات وتطلعات أكبر عدد ممكن من الزبائن، مع الحرص على تحسين علاقاتها بهم، وتُعد شكاوى الزبائن محفزًا رئيسيًا لتحسين جودة المنتجات، تدرك المؤسسة جيدًا أهمية العنصر البشري في تحقيق النجاح، ولذلك تعمل على توفير بيئة عمل مناسبة، واختيار البرامج التدريبية الملائمة، مما يعزز من قدرات العاملين ويشجعهم على الإبداع والابتكار
This study aims to identify the role that Total Quality Management (TQM) plays in enhancing competitive advantage within organizations. The Helical Pipe Manufacturing Company of Ghardaïa was selected as an applied case for this purpose. To achieve the study’s objectives, a combination of methodologies was adopted to clarify the theoretical concepts related to the study variables. Additionally, a questionnaire was designed to collect the opinions and perspectives of the institution’s managerial staff.
Statistical analysis was employed using SPSS software to test the research hypotheses, which led to several important findings. The Helical Pipe Manufacturing Company of Ghardaïa applies TQM principles, which has enabled it to achieve a tangible competitive advantage compared to its competitors. This, in turn, contributes to ensuring its sustainability and strengthening its competitive position both locally and internationally.
The company strives to meet the needs and expectations of as many customers as possible, while also working to improve its relationships with them. Customer complaints are seen as a key motivator for enhancing product quality. Furthermore, the company recognizes the critical importance of human resources in achieving success, and therefore, it carefully selects appropriate training programs and provides a suitable working environment—fostering employee creativity and innovation
