دور الذكاء الإستراتيجي في تحقيق الأداء المتميز لدى العاملين دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لتعرف على دور الذكاء الإستراتيجي في تحقيق الأداء المتميز لدى العاملين في جامعة غرداية من خلال إستقصاء عينة من الأساتذة والإداريين بالجامعة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عن طريق أداة الإستبيان حيث بلغت عدد الإستمارات القابلة للمعالجة (50) حيث كان مجتمع الدراسة بمجمل (55)، ومن خلال مخرجات SPSS 20، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن الذكاء الإستراتيجي وأبعاده له أثر إيجابي وذو دلالة إحصائية في تحقيق الأداء المتميز عند المستوى 5% على مستوى جامعة غرداية. وعلى أساس هذه النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من الإقتراحات التي تساهم في تبني الجامعة للذكاء الإستراتيجي وضمان تحقيق لأداء متميز This study aims to identify the role of strategic intelligence in achieving outstanding performance among employees at the University of Ghardaia through a survey of a sample of professors and administrators at the university. The descriptive analytical approach was relied upon through the questionnaire tool, where the number of questionnaires that can be processed reached (50), and through the outputs of SPSS 20. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: Strategic intelligence and its dimensions have a positive and statistically significant impact on achieving outstanding performance at the 5% level at the University of Ghardaia. On the basis of these results, a set of suggestions were presented that contribute to the university’s adoption of strategic intelligence and ensuring outstanding performance.
