Abstract:
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الاتصال التنظيمي على أداء العاملين، حيث كانت الدراسة الاستطلاعية في بلدية القرارة ولاية غرداية. وانطلقت الدراسة من الإشكالية التالية: ما مدى تأثير الاتصال التنظيمي على مستوى أداء العاملين لدى بلدية القرارة؟ حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الاتصال وأثره على أداء العاملين، وبيان علاقة الارتباط والاثر بين متغير دراسة الاتصال التنظيمي وأداء العاملين ومحاولة قياسها احصائيا للتوصل إلى تحليل النتائج الاستخدام من عدمه. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم خلال المنهج الوصفي الاستعانة ببعض المصادر العلمية والبحوث والمجلات العربية والأجنبية وقد تم الاعتماد على اداة الاستبيان في جمع البيانات والمعلومات للحصول على النتائج وطبقت الدراسة في البلدية المبحوثة بلدية القرارة ولاية غرداية وتم تجربة هذه على الدراسة على عينة قدرها 88 مفردة من موظفي بلدية القرارة.
وخلصت النتائج إلى أن للاتصال التنظيمي أثر قوي على أداء العاملين في بلدية القرارة ولاية غرداية، كما أن هناك تأثير قوي لكل من أبعاد الاتصال التنظيمي (المكتوب، الشفهي، الالكتروني) في ضبط السلوكيات التنظيمية، وتنمية مهارات الإدارية وتطوير الأداء للعاملين ببلدية القرارة.
This study aims to understand the impact of organizational communication on employee performance. The survey was conducted in the municipality of El Guerrara, Ghardaia province. The study began with the following question: What is the impact of organizational communication on employee performance in the municipality of El Guerrara? The study aimed to understand communication and its impact on employee performance, to demonstrate the correlation and impact between the variables of organizational communication and employee performance, and to attempt to measure them statistically to analyze the results. The study relied on a descriptive analytical approach, which utilized a number of scientific sources, research, and Arab and foreign journals. A questionnaire was used to collect data and information to obtain the results. The study was implemented in the municipality under study, El Guerrara, Ghardaia province, and was piloted on a sample of 88 employees from the municipality of El Guerrara. The results concluded that organizational communication has a strong impact on the performance of employees in the municipality of Al-Qarara, Ghardaia province. There is also a strong impact of each dimension of organizational communication (written, oral, electronic) in controlling organizational behaviors, developing administrative skills, and improving the performance of employees in the municipality of Al-Qarara.
