القيم الدينية وعلاقتها بالعمل دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية بالقرارة- غرداية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى مساهمة القيم الدينية في تعزيز جودة العمل في المؤسسة من خلال هذه الدراسة قمنا بتوضيح الأثر بين المتغيرين ،حيث يحتوي متغير القيم الدينية على البعد الإيماني والبعد الأخلاقي، البعد الاجتماعي، والعبادة، بينما جودة العمل بعد الكفاءة المهنية والانضباط . تم إجراء المقابلة بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية –شريفي محمد بالقرارة، على عينة قصدية مقدرة بـ 23 موظف وتحليل البيانات التي تم تجميعها عن طريق إجراء المقابلة والملاحظة ،باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي .وفي الأخير توصلنا الى وجود أثر لقيم الدينية وأبعادها على جودة العمل لموظفي المؤسسة محل الدراسة This study aimed to determine the extent to which religious values contribute to enhancing work quality within the institution. The study clarified the relationship between the two variables: religious values, which include dimensions such as faith, ethics, social behavior, and worship; and work quality, which encompasses professional efficiency and discipline. The study was conducted at the public hospital institution "Sharifi Mohamed" in El Guerrara, using a purposive sample of 23 employees. Data were collected through interviews and observation, and analyzed using the descriptive-analytical method. The findings revealed that religious values and their dimensions have an impact on the work quality of employees at the institution under study.
