Abstract:
تناولت هذه الدراسة دور الأنشطة التقنية في تحسين مستوى تقدير الذات لدى المراهقين المتعرضين للمحتوى الإباحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ثلاث حالات مراهقين تم اختيارهم بطريقة غرضية قصدية، وقد اندمجوا في تكوين تقني على مستوى مؤسسة Erinov بولاية غرداية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم اتباع المنهج التجريبي تصميم الحالة المفردة بصيغة (A – B)، واستخدمت أدوات البحث التالية: المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة، مقياس تقدير الذات (لكوبر سميث)، واستبانة الأنشطة التقنية من إعداد الطالب.
أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى تقدير الذات كان متوسطًا لدى المراهقين قبل الانخراط في البرنامج، ولكنه ارتفع بشكل ملموس بعد استكمال الأنشطة التقنية. وتشير النتائج إلى أن الأنشطة التقنية قد تمثل بديلاً إيجابيًا لاستخدام الإنترنت بشكل سلبي، مثل مشاهدة المحتوى الإباحي، وتدعم فكرة تعزيز تقدير الذات لدى المراهقين من خلال المشاركة الفعالة في أنشطة تقنية مفيدة.
This study examined the role of technical activities in improving self-esteem among adolescents exposed to pornographic content. The study sample consisted of three adolescents, purposefully selected, who participated in a technical training program at Erinov Institute in Ghardaia. To achieve the study objectives, a clinical case study approach was adopted, utilizing the following research tools: a semi-structured clinical interview, the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory, and a technical activities questionnaire developed by the researcher.
The results showed that the adolescents’ self-esteem was at an average level before participating in the program, but it increased noticeably after completing the technical activities. The findings suggest that technical activities may serve as a positive alternative to the negative use of the Internet, such as viewing pornographic content, and support the idea of enhancing self-esteem among adolescents through active participation in beneficial technical activities.
