Abstract:
تناولت هذه الدراسة اثر القيادة الديمقراطية في نشاط العلاقات العامة في المؤسسة الجزائرية. دراسة ميدانية في مؤسستي موبيلس و اتصالات الجزائر، و تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول كيف تؤثر القيادة الديمقراطية في تفعيل أنشطة العلاقات العامة في المؤسسة الجزائرية ؟
حيث ركزت على الابعاد الاساسية للقيادة الديمقراطية
المتمثلة في العلاقات الانسانية و المشاركة و تفويض السلطة
اعتمدت دراستنا على الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام أداة الاستبيان، من خلال تصميم استمارة مكونة من مجموعة من المحاور، وتم الحصول على22 بحث من مجموع موظفي المؤسستين .
توصلنا في نهاية الدراسة الى نتائج اهمها
1. أغلب المبحوثين (46,2%) أكدوا أن البيئة المتوازنة والداعمة نفسيًا تؤثر على أداء فريق العلاقات العامة من خلال جميع الجوانب مجتمعة (زيادة الإنتاجية، تعزيز الإبداع، تقليل التوتر).
2. أغلب المبحوثين (53,8%) أشاروا إلى أن التواصل المفتوح بين القادة والموظفين له تأثير قوي على نجاح حملات العلاقات العامة.
3. أغلب المبحوثين (38,5%) أكدوا أن المشاركة الجماعية في التخطيط لحملات العلاقات العامة تسهم أساسًا في زيادة تنوع الأفكار.
This study examined the impact of democratic leadership on public relations activities in Algerian institutions. A field study was conducted at Mobilis and Algérie Télécom, focusing on how democratic leadership affects the implementation of public relations activities in Algerian institutions.
It focused on the fundamental dimensions of democratic leadership,
namely human relations, participation, and delegation of authority.
Our study relied on descriptive analysis using a questionnaire designed to cover a range of topics. Thirty responses were obtained from employees of both institutions.
At the end of the study, we reached the following key findings:
1. Most respondents (46.2%) confirmed that a balanced and psychologically supportive environment affects the performance of the public relations team in all aspects (increased productivity, enhanced creativity, reduced stress).
2. Most respondents (53.8%) indicated that open communication between leaders and employees has a strong impact on the success of public relations campaigns.
3. Most respondents (38.5%) confirmed that collective participation in planning public relations campaigns contributes significantly to increasing the diversity of ideas.
