Abstract:
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع "البيئة التنظيمية وتأثيرها على الاغتراب المهني" من خلال دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة سلسبيل للمياه بولاية المنيعة، حيث انطلق من فرضيتين رئيسيتين مفادهما أن طبيعة العمل تؤثر على الاغتراب المهني لدى العمال في مؤسسة سلسبيل للمياه بالمنيعة, وأن المشاركة التنظيمية لها نفس التأثر على ذلك , من جهة أخرى. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام أداتي الاستبيان والمقابلة لجمع البيانات، عبر أربع زيارات ميدانية بين ديسمبر 2024 وماي 2025. شملت العينة الكاملة 46 عاملا باعتماد أسلوب الحصر الشامل، وتم تحليلها كلها توصلت النتائج إلى وجود تأثير لطبيعة العمل عل الاغتراب المهني، وكذلك بين المشاركة التنظيمية والاغتراب المهني، ما يؤكد أن تحسين البيئة التنظيمية من خلال ظروف العمل وتعزيز المشاركة الداخلية يساهمان في الحد من ظاهرة الاغتراب المهني داخل المؤسسات.
This research addresses the topic "The Organizational Environment and Its Impact on Professional Alienation" through a field study conducted at Salsabil Water Company in El Menia. The study is based on two main
hypotheses: the existence of an inverse relationship between both the quality of the organizational environment and organizational participation on one hand, and levels of professional alienation on the other. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and used questionnaires and interviews as data collection tools, during four field visits conducted between December 2024 and May 2025. The entire population consisted of 50 employees, using a comprehensive survey method, with 40 valid questionnaires analyzed. The results revealed an inverse relationship between the quality of the organizational environment and professional alienation, as well as between organizational participation and professional alienation. These findings highlight the importance of improving the work environment and enhancing employee participation to reduce professional alienation within institutions.
