Abstract:
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن مدى مساهمة ابعاد التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز ممارسات الحوكمة الإلكترونية
على عينة من البنوك التجارية، ومن اجل تحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري ومنهج
دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، ولجمع المعلومات الأولية تم تصميم الاستبيان وتوزيعه على عينة الدراسة المكون من
( 144 ( مفردة، ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS v27 .
وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود اتجاه متزاي د نحو الرقمنة المالية، تجسد في التوسع الملحوظ في إستخدام وسائل الدفع
الإلكتروني، كما بينت الدراسة عن وجود أثر معنوي للتكنولوجيا المالية من وجهة نظر موظفي وكالات البنكية التجارية
محل الدراسة في تعزيز الحوكمة الإلكترونية بأبعادها )الشفافية الإلكترونية، المشاركة الإلكترونية، المساءلة الإلكترونية،
التدقيق الإلكتروني، إدارة المخاطر(، دون تأثير ملحوظ للعوامل الديمغرافية للدراسة مؤهل العلمي واسم البنك.
وافضت الدراسة الى عدة اقتراحات منها: ضرورة تشجيع البنوك على تبني تقنيات التكنولوجيا المالية وتوسيع
استخدامها لتحسين الحوكمة الإلكترونية، بالإضافة لتكثيف الاستثمارات في الحلول التكنولوجية وتوفير برامج تدريبية
متخصصةThis study aims to explore the extent to which the dimensions of financial technology contribute to enhancing e-governance practices in a sample of commercial banks. To achieve this objective, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted for the theoretical aspect, while the case study approach was applied in the empirical part. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 144 respondents to collect primary data, and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS v27) was used for data analysis.
he results revealed an increasing trend toward financial digitization, reflected in the significant expansion of electronic payment usage. The study also showed a statistically significant impact of financial technology—according to the perspectives of employees in the commercial banking agencies under study—on enhancing e-governance across its dimensions: electronic transparency, electronic participation, electronic accountability, electronic auditing, and risk management. However, no significant influence was found for the demographic variables of the study, such as educational qualification and bank name.
The study concluded with several recommendations, including the need to encourage banks to adopt and expand the use of financial technology to improve e-governance, as well as intensifying investments in technological solutions and providing specialized training programs
