Abstract:
تناولت هذه الدراسة رأس المال الفكري ودوره في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة، وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد دور رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده المتمثلة في رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الزبوني، رأس المال الهيكلي) وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية بأبعادها المتمثلة في الجودة، الكفاءة الإبداع، الاستجابة) في المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب محل الدراسة، ومن خلال تصميم استبيان من أجل التحقق من المقاربات في الأطر النظرية للمتغير المستقل وعلاقته بالمتغير التابع وهو الميزة التنافسية. وقد تم اختبار الفرضيات بالاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الإحصائيspss، وقد أظهرت التحليلات عدة نتائج من أهمها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده الثلاثة وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الشركة محل الدراسة، حيث وضحت الدراسة توفر أبعاد كلا من رأس المال البشري والهيكلي بدرجة كبيرة وتفوق توفر أبعاد رأس المال الزبوني، حيث يسهم كل منهما في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية أكثر من رأس المال الزبوني. ومن أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة زيادة الاهتمام برأس المال الفكري وإدارته كما يجب أن يدار لأنه مصدر هام لتحقيق التميز، وضرورة التعامل مع رأس المال الفكري على أنه أهم مورد استراتيجي تحوز عليه الشركة، والمحافظة عليه باستمرار لأنه العنصر الفعال في نجاحها خاصة في ظل التطور التكنولوجي الهائل الذي تعرفه بيئة الأعمالThis study addressed intellectual capital and its role in achieving competitive advantage in the context of the knowledge economy. The current study aimed to identify the role of intellectual capital in its various dimensions—human capital, customer capital, and structural capital—and achieving competitive advantage through its dimensions: quality, efficiency, innovation, and responsiveness, in the Algerian pipe manufacturing company under study.
Through designing a questionnaire to examine the relationships within the theoretical frameworks of the independent variable (intellectual capital) and its relationship with the dependent variable (competitive advantage), the hypotheses were tested using the SPSS statistical analysis program.
The analysis revealed several results, most notably the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the three dimensions of intellectual capital and achieving competitive advantage in the company under study. The study showed that both human and structural capital are available to a greater extent than customer capital, and both contribute more significantly to achieving competitive advantage compared to customer capital.
One of the key recommendations of the study is to increase attention to intellectual capital and manage it properly, as it is an important source for achieving excellence. The study emphasized the need to treat intellectual capital as the most important strategic resource that the company possesses, and to continuously preserve it, as it is a vital factor in the company’s success, especially amid the tremendous technological advancements shaping the business environment
