الخلاصة:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة على تحسين أداء العاملين داخل المؤسسات، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة مراكز الردم التقني بولاية غرداية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة شملت 23 موظفًا من مختلف المستويات الإدارية داخل المؤسسة. وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS للتحقق من صحة الفرضيات المتعلقة بأبعاد إدارة الجودة الشاملة: القيادة، التدريب والتعليم، التحفيز والدافعية، والتحسين المستمر.
وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لكل من القيادة، التدريب، التحفيز، والتحسين المستمر على أداء العاملين، مما يعزز أهمية تبني إدارة الجودة الشاملة كمنهج إداري استراتيجي لتحسين الكفاءة الداخلية ورفع إنتاجية الموظفين. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير برامج تدريبية فعالة، وأنظمة تحفيزية عادلة، وقيادة ملتزمة، إلى جانب تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر لضمان تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية بفعالية واستدامة
This study aims to reveal the impact of the application of TQM on improving the performance of employees within organizations, through a field study at the level of the Technical Landfill Centers Institution in Ghardaia Governorate. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, and the questionnaire tool was used to collect data from a sample of 23 employees from different administrative levels within the organization. The data was analyzed using SPSS statistical program to validate the hypotheses related to the dimensions of TQM: Leadership, Training and Education, Motivation and Motivation, and Continuous Improvement.
The results of the study showed a significant and statistically significant impact of leadership, training, motivation, and continuous improvement on employee performance, which reinforces the importance of adopting TQM as a strategic management approach to improve internal efficiency and raise employee productivity. The study recommended the need to provide effective training programs, fair incentive systems, committed leadership, and a culture of continuous improvement to ensure that organizational goals are achieved effectively and sustainably.
