التفاؤل التنظيمي وعلاقته بالمرونة النفسية لدى عينة من ممرضي الصحة العمومية، دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى شريفي محمد القرارة

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على العلاقة بين التفاؤل التنظيمي والمرونة النفسية لدى ممرضي الصحة العمومية، من خلال تحليل مستوى التفاؤل السائد في البيئة التنظيمية، ومدى انعكاسه على قدرة الأفراد على التكيف مع الضغوط المهنية والتحديات النفسية. وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة بمستشفى شريفي محمد بالكبير، بالقرارة سنة 2025، وهدفت إلى التعرف على مستوىكل من التفاؤل التنظيمي والمرونة النفسية، ، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوياتهما تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والحالة الاجتماعية. اعتمدت الدراسة على عينة متاحة مكونة من (98) ممرضًا وممرضة، موزعين حسب الجنس )ذكور = 44، إناث = (54 والحالة الاجتماعية )متزوج = 46، أعزب = .(52 ولجمع البيانات، استُخدم أداتين: الأول لقياس التفاؤل التنظيمي 30) عبارة(، والثاني لقياس المرونة النفسية25) عبارة( بأبعادها الأربعة )الصلابة، التفاؤل، تعدد المصادر، والغرض.( تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS )الإصدار (22، بالاعتماد على عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية مثل اختبار (T) لعينة واحدة، اختبار (T) لعينتين مستقلتين، ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون. بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي،حيث أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى كل من التفاؤل التنظيمي والمرونة النفسية لدى أفراد العينة يقع ضمن المستوى المتوسط، ولم تُسجل فروق دالة إحصائيًا تُعزى إلى متغيري الجنس أو الحالة الاجتماعية في أي من المتغيرين. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية ضعيفة لكنها دالة إحصائيًا بين التفاؤل التنظيمي والمرونة النفسية .05) < p 0.226, = .(r وتبرز هذه النتائج أهمية تعزيز بيئة عمل داعمة نفسيًا وتنظيميًا للممارسين الصحيين، بما يسهم في رفع مستويات التفاؤل والمرونة وتحسين جودة الأداء. This study seeks to shed light on the relationship between organizational optimism and psychological resilience in public health nurses, by analyzing the level of optimism prevailing in the organizational environment, and the extent to which it reflects on the ability of individuals to adapt to professional pressures and psychological challenges. The study was implemented at Sharifi Mohammed hospital in Kabir, by decree in 2025, and aimed to identify the level of both organizational optimism and psychological flexibility, and to find out whether there are statistically significant differences in their levels attributed to transgender people and social status. The study was based on an available sample of (98) nurses, divided by gender (male = 44, female = 54) and marital status (Married = 46, single = 52). To collect data, he used two tools: the first to measure organizational optimism (30 phrases), and the second to measure psychological resilience(25 phrases) in its four dimensions (solidity, optimism, multisourcing, and purpose). The data was analyzed using the SPSS program (version 22), relying on a number of statistical methods such as the (T) test for one sample, the (T) test for two independent samples, and the Pearson correlation coefficient. Based on the descriptive approach, the results showed that the level of both organizational optimism and psychological flexibility among the respondents is within the average level, and no statistically significant differences attributable to gender variables or marital status were recorded in any of the two variables. The results also revealed a weak but statistically significant correlation between organizational optimism and psychological resilience (r = 0.226, p < .05). These findings highlight the importance of promoting a psychologically and organizationally supportive work environment for health practitioners, which contributes to raising levels of optimism, flexibility and improving the quality of performance.
