أثر العمق المالي على أبعاد التنمية المستدامة دراسة قياسية لحالة الجزائر خلال الفترة من 1992 إلى 2022

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر العمق المالي على أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1992-2022، من خلال التركيز على ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسية: البُعد الاقتصادي، الاجتماعي، والبيئي. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لفهم الإطار النظري والمفاهيمي للمتغيرات، إلى جانب الأسلوب الكمي القياسي باعتماد نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الموزع (ARDL) لاختبار العلاقة بين متغيرات العمق المالي (المعروض النقدي BM، الودائع DEPT، والائتمان الموجه للقطاع الخاص PRIVATE) وأبعاد التنمية المستدامة. وتم الاعتماد على بيانات سنوية رسمية مستمدة من البنك الدولي وبنك الجزائر المركزي. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين متغيرات العمق المالي وأبعاد التنمية المستدامة الثلاثة، مع وجود تأثير معنوي في الأجلين القصير والطويل بين بعض مؤشرات العمق المالي والأبعاد المستدامة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توجيه أدوات العمق المالي نحو دعم مشاريع اقتصادية واجتماعية وبيئية مستدامة، وتحسين آليات تعبئة المدخرات وتوزيع الائتمان على نحو أكثر كفاءة وعدالة لضمان استدامة النمو في الجزائر This study aims to analyze the impact of financial depth on the dimensions of sustainable development in Algeria during the period 1992–2022, by focusing on three main dimensions: economic, social, and environmental. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted to understand the theoretical and conceptual framework of the variables, alongside a quantitative econometric method using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to test the relationship between financial depth indicators (broad money supply – BM, deposits – DEPT, and credit to the private sector – PRIVATE) and the dimensions of sustainable development. The study relied on annual official data obtained from the World Bank and the Central Bank of Algeria. The findings revealed the existence of a long-run cointegration relationship between financial depth variables and the three dimensions of sustainable development, with statistically significant short- and long-term effects observed for certain financial depth indicators on the sustainability dimensions. The study recommends directing financial depth instruments towards supporting sustainable economic, social, and environmental projects, and improving mechanisms for mobilizing savings and distributing credit more efficiently and equitably to ensure sustainable growth in Algeria.
