Abstract:
This study aims to explore the role of leadership in enhancing strategic renewal within the Mobilis Agency in Ghardaïa, and in order to achieve this goal, a descriptive approach was adopted for the theoretical frameworkand the case study approach in the applied aspect, while the questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting information, as it was distributed to a deliberate sample of employees, the number of whom reached (15) employees, and for the purpose of testing the hypotheses, the data was processed after collecting it through a set of statistical methods SPSS, and the following results were reached: There is a statistically significant relationship between leadership and strategic renewal and the strategic orientation contributes very little in enhancing strategic renewal at Ghardaia’s Mobilis agency
