Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن كأداة حديثة لتقييم الأداء داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية، من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز – غرداية، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي إلى جانب تحليل ميداني لبيانات وتقارير الأداء الخاصة بالمؤسسة، توصلت من خلال هذه التجربة إلى أن الاعتماد على المؤشرات المالية فقط لا يكفي لتقييم شامل وفعّال للأداء المؤسسي، بل يجب تبني مقاربة متكاملة تشمل أيضًا بعد العملاء، والعمليات الداخلية، والتعلم والنمو، كما أبرزت الدراسة أن تطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن يمكن أن يساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين التسيير واتخاذ قرارات استراتيجية أكثر دقة. This study aims to highlight the role of the Balanced Scorecard as a modern tool for performance evaluation within economic institutions, through a case study of Sonelgaz-Ghardaia. The study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach, along with a field analysis of the institution's performance data and reports. Through this experience, it was concluded that relying solely on financial indicators is not sufficient for a comprehensive and effective assessment of institutional performance. Rather, an integrated approach must be adopted that also includes customer dimensions, internal processes, and learning and growth.
