Abstract:
تتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم فعالية نظام الرقابة الداخلية بمؤسسة الضمان الاجتماعي للأجراء (CNAS) بولاية غرداية،من This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system at the Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAS) in the Wilaya of Ghardaia. It focuses on the nature and importance of this system in achieving the institution's objectives, in addition to diagnosing its strengths and weaknesses. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach to address its research question. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, targeting a sample of 34 employees from various departments within the institution. The collected data was statistically analyzed to test the proposed hypotheses.
The results revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between all components of the internal control system—namely the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information flow, and monitoring mechanisms—and the overall effectiveness of the system within the institution. These findings highlight the importance of integration among the system's components in enhancing institutional performance and achieving objectives efficiently. Accordingly, the study recommends the periodic updating of internal control tools in line with organizational and technological changes, and the training of employees in evaluation and control skills to ensure the sustainability of effectiveness and transparency in operations
