Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معالجة الإشكالية المتعلقة ب دور هياكل الدعم والمرافقة، خصوصا الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية (NESDA)، في تعزيز ريادة الأعمال في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة حالة فرع غرداية، ولتوضيح هذا الدور إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ودراسة الحالة، وإستندت إلى بيانات رسمية لتحليل مدى تأثير آليات الدعم والمرافقة على تمويل المشاريع وإستدامتها. توصلت النتائج إلى أن الوكالة ساهمت بفعالية في تمويل المشاريع، بهدف تشجيع رواد الأعمال على إنشاء مؤسساتهم الخاصة والمساهمة في التنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية. غير أن واقع هذه الهياكل لا يزال يواجه عددا من التحديات المرتبطة بصعوبة الولوج إلى التمويل، ونقص التكوين، وضعف التنسيق بين الفاعلين، مما يحد من فعالية تدخلاتهاThe study aimed to address the issue related to the role of support and assistance structures, particularly the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship (NESDA), in promoting entrepreneurship in Algeria. This study examined the Ghardaïa branch during the period (2010-2024). To clarify this role, the study adopted a descriptive approach and a case study, and relied on official data to analyze the impact of support and assistance mechanisms on project financing and sustainability. The results concluded that the agency contributed effectively to project financing, with the aim of encouraging entrepreneurs to establish their own businesses and contribute to economic and social development. However, the reality of these structures still faces several challenges related to difficulty accessing financing, lack of training, and weak coordination among stakeholders, which limits the effectiveness of their interventions
