أثر القيادة الريادية على المسؤولية الاجتماعية دراسة حالة شركة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز فرع الطاقات المتجددة –غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلىالتعرف على مستوى ممارسة القيادة الريادية في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز "سونلغاز" ومدى تأثير هذه الممارسة على المسؤولية الاجتماعية بالمؤسسة ،وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة. اذأجريت الدراسة على عينة من موظفي مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز بغرداية قدرت بــ46 مفردة. وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمعالبيانات،وثمقمنابتحليلهذه البيانات باستخدامبرنامجالحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية .ومنأهمالنتائجالتيتوصلناإليها كانت: - وجود مستوى متوسط للقيادة الريادية في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع طاقات متجددة لولاية غرداية. - هناك مستوى عالي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع طاقات متجددة لولاية غرداية - يوجد تأثير إيجابي للقيادة الريادية على المسؤولية الإجتماعية في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع طاقات متجددة لولاية غرداية". - لا يوجد تأثير إيجابي للرؤيا الإستراتيجية على المسؤولية الإجتماعية في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع طاقات متجددة لولاية غرداية". - يوجد تأثير إيجابي للابتكار على المسؤولية الإجتماعية في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع طاقات متجددة لولاية غرداية". - يوجد تأثير إيجابي للمخاطرة على المسؤولية الإجتماعية في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع طاقات متجددة لولاية غرداية". - يوجد تأثير إيجابي للاستباقية على المسؤولية الإجتماعية في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع طاقات متجددة لولاية غرداية - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في إجابات عينة الدراسة حول المسؤولية الاجتماعية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس و المستوى التعليمي و لا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير الاقدمية و العمر This study aims to identify the level of entrepreneurial leadership practice at the Sonelgaz Electricity and Gas Distribution Company (Sonelgaz) and the extent of this practice's impact on corporate social responsibility. A descriptive analytical approach was adopted, as it was appropriate for achieving the study's objectives. The study was conducted on a sample of 46 employees of the Ghardaia Electricity and Gas Distribution Company. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool, and the data was then analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Among the most important findings were: - There is an average level of entrepreneurial leadership at the Sonelgaz Renewable Energy Branch in the Ghardaia Province. - There is a high level of social responsibility at the Sonelgaz Renewable Energy Branch in the Ghardaia Province. - There is a positive impact of entrepreneurial leadership on corporate social responsibility at the Sonelgaz Renewable Energy Branch in the Ghardaia Province. - There is no positive impact of the strategic vision on corporate social responsibility at the Sonelgaz Renewable Energy Branch in the Ghardaia Province. - There is a positive impact of innovation on social responsibility at Sonelgaz, Renewable Energy Branch, Ghardaia Province. - There is a positive impact of risk-taking on social responsibility at Sonelgaz, Renewable Energy Branch, Ghardaia Province. - There is a positive impact of proactivity on social responsibility at Sonelgaz, Renewable Energy Branch, Ghardaia Province. - There are statistically significant differences in the study sample's responses regarding social responsibility attributable to gender and educational level, while there are no differences attributable to seniority and age
