دور النقل البحري في تحسين قطاع التجارة الخارجية -دراسة حالة ميناء عنابة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور النقل البحري في تحسين قطاع التجارة الخارجية الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى مؤسسة ميناء عنابة ومحاولة التطرق إلى إمكانياتها ومساهمتها في هذا المجال.تم تطبيق الدراسة على ميناء عنابة، وقد تم جمع معلومات وبيانات سنوية من مصادر موثوقة وكذا من طرف موظفي المديرية التجارية بالميناء للفترة الممتدة من 2019-2024.اعتمدت الدراسة في على المنهج الوصفي في الفصلالنظري، أما في الفصلالتطبيقي، فقد استعنا بالمنهج التحليلي، لتحليل البيانات المتوفرة.أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن النقل البحري من أهم المؤشرات التي يقاس بها تطور الدول، يحتل ميناء عنابة مكانة مهمة في التجارة الخارجية الجزائرية بفضل موقعه الجغرافي، كمايتمتع ميناء عنابة ببنية تحتية ملائمة وخدمات لوجيستية كثيرة.This study aims to identify the role of maritime transportation in improving Algeria's foreign trade sector, by addressing the Annaba Port Corporation and trying to address its potential and contribution in this field. The study was applied to the Port of Annaba, and annual information and data were collected from reliable sources as well as from the employees of the Commercial Directorate at the port for the period from 2019-2024. The study relied on the descriptive method in the theoretical chapter, while in the applied chapter, we used the analytical method to analyze the available data. The results of the study showed that maritime transportation is one of the most important indicators by which the development of countries is measured, Annaba Port occupies an important place in Algerian foreign trade thanks to its geographical location, and Annaba Port has a favorable infrastructure and many logistics services
