Abstract:
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقصي أثر العدالة التنظيمية بمختلف أبعادها (العدالة التوزيعية، العدالة الإجرائية، العدالة التفاعلية والعدالة التقييمية) على الاحتراق الوظيفيمن وجهة نظر موظفي المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجواريةبمتليلي.
حيث اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي في وصف الظاهرة المدروسة ولجمع البيانات استخدمت الإستبيان حيث تم توزيع 67 استمارة على عينة من الموظفين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة.
النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة تظهر أن هناك علاقة طردية بين مستوى تطبيق العدالة التنظيمية ومستوى الاحتراق الوظيفي، وتوصلنا أيضا إلى أنه هناك فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات افراد العينة تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية.
This study aims to investigate the impact of organizational justice in its various dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, and evaluative justice) on job burnout from the perspective of employees at the Neighborhood Hospital in Metlili.
It relied on a descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon under study. To collect data, a questionnaire was used, distributing 67 forms to a sample of employees at the institution under study.
The results of the study show a direct relationship between the level of implementation of organizational justice and the level of job burnout. We also found statistically significant differences in the responses of sample members attributable to demographic variables
