Pure cultures of chicken gut microbial species may be important and necessary in explaining the function of the gut microbiota and also contribute to the development of potential new probiotics and bioactive metabolites of the gut microbiota. The main objective of this study is to isolate yeasts from chicken samples collected in the regions (Sebseb, Metlili, Mansoura, Ben Isguen) located in Ghardaia, and then to study their biotechnological effectiveness. Analysis of the fungal microflora of chicken feces from our samples showed that it contained on average 13 yeast strains. The initial identification of isolates of this particular microflora was based on macroscopic and microscopic study. It did not show antibacterial activity against Salmonella spp. Escherichia coli (E52), Bacillus subtilis (ATCC6633), Listeria monocytogenes. We further characterized the probiotic properties, the latter was not hemolytic, is an antioxidant and auto-aggregating.

In the context of contributing to the study of fungal diseases in the Ghardaia region, we conducted a field and laboratory study through microscopic and macroscopic examination to identify the various types of fungi that cause palm diseases at the level of the Ghardaia state. This study was conducted in some of the following areas: Dhayah bin Dhahwa Bonoura Al-Ateuf, and after conducting the process of isolating and identifying the fungi in the laboratory, the following results were obtained:
• The number of fungi obtained is 5
• The most common fungus in the region is Aspergillus
• -The most affected date varieties are Botqbala and Deglet Nour

This thesis studies citrus diseases in the Ghardaïa region, with the main objective of carrying out a synthesis of the works in order to obtain an in-depth knowledge of the local phytosanitary situation, which is crucial information for making informed decisions in terms of disease prevention, management and control. The research results revealed the presence of a few diseases, including gummosis and Alternaria, as well as other pathogenic fungi. An important conclusion is that the climate of the southern region is not favorable for the development of citrus diseases; the arid climatic conditions of the south are not conducive to a high incidence of fungal diseases on citrus.

The possibility of providing sufficient drinking water has become a difficult challenge in various regions of the world, due to the difficult climate as well as pollution of all kinds (domestic, industrial, agricultural). The objective of this work is to demonstrate and determine the state of groundwater quality in the Hassi L’Fhel region (wilaya of Menéa), which is intended for human consumption and extracted from four different locations in this region (El Motaouassita, Guillal, Hay Boummama and el Kadim wells) which are intended, in the majority of cases, not only for irrigation but also for human consumption, we have carried out at the Ghardaïa ADE laboratory, a physico-chemical (Temperature, Hydrogen potential, Electrical conductivity, TDS, Turbidity, Hardness, Calcium , Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Bicarbonates, Sulphates, Ammonium, Iron, Orthophosphates, Nitrite.) and bacteriological analysis (Total coliforms, Escherichia coli, Faecal streptococci). The results obtained from these analyzes, gave a neutral to slightly basic water with low temperature values, medium to high conductivities, low turbidity, acceptable mineralization, low content of Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, chloride, sulphates, iron and ammonium. The result of bacteriological analyzes show the absence of all kinds of bacterial contamination. So, the results obtained comply with Algerian standards and therefore, the waters of Hasi L’Fhel are drinkable.
