سلوك المخاطرة وعلاقته باتخاد القرارلدى أعوان الحماية المدنية ببلدية القرارة ولاية غرداية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن مستوى سلوك المخاطرة وفعالية اتخاذ القرار وأيضا العلاقة الموجودة بينهما وكذ الكشف عن الفروق بإختلاف الأقدمية والمؤهل العلميي،ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطبيق إستبيانين وهما مقياس سلوك المخاطرة (لقطراوي)ومقياس اتخاذ القرار (جولمان 1998) وتم التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية (الصدق ،الثبات )على عينة مكونة من (60)عون حماية مدنية ببلدية القرارة ولاية غرداية تم اختيار العينة بطريقة الحصر الشامل، وذلك بإستخدام المنهج الوصفي والوسائل الإحصائية الملائمة، وبالإستعانة بالحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية:(spss22.00 ( حيث تم الوصول إلى النتائج التالية : ـ مستوى سلوك المخاطرة لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالقرارة متوسط. ـ مستوى فعالية اتخاذ القرار لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالقرارة مرتفع. ـ توجد علاقة بين سلوك المخاطرة واتخاذ القرار لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالقرارة ولاية غرداية . ـ توجد فروق في سلوك المخاطرة لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالقرارة تعزي لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. ـ توجد فروق في سلوك المخاطرة لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالقرارة تعزي لمتغير الأقدمية. ـ توجد فروق في اتخاذ القرار لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالقرارة تعزي لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. ـ لا توجد فروق في اتخاذ القرار لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالقرارة تعزي لمتغير الأقدمية . This study aims to identify the level of risk-taking behavior and decision-making effectiveness, as well as to explore the relationship between these two variables among a sample of civil protection agents. It also seeks to examine the differences in risk-taking behavior and decision-making based on certain demographic variables. To achieve the study’s objectives, a descriptive method was adopted, and two questionnaires were administered after verifying their psychometric properties (validity and reliability) on a sample of 60 civil protection agents in the municipality of El Guerrara, Ghardaïa Province. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 22.0), and the findings were as follows:  The level of risk-taking behavior was moderate.  The level of decision-making effectiveness was high.  There is a significant relationship between risk-taking behavior and decision-making among civil protection agents in El Guerrara, Ghardaïa Province.  There are statistically significant differences in risk-taking behavior attributed to the variable of educational qualification.  There are differences in risk-taking behavior attributed to the variable of years of experience.  There are differences in decision-making effectiveness attributed to the variable of educational qualification.  There are no differences in decision-making effectiveness attributed to the variable of years of experience.
