الريادية بحاسي الرمل ولاية الاغواط (3MECS)الأمن السيبراني ودوره في تعزيز ريادة الأعمال دراسة حالة في مؤسسة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف من الأمن السيبراني ودوره في تعزيز ريادة الأعمال لدى عينة من الموظفين البالغ عددهم (89) مفردة يعملون في مؤسسة (3MECS)الرياديةبحاسي الرمل ولاية الاغواط، ولغرض التحقق من هدف الدراسة الأساسي، تم استخدام الأمن السيبراني وريادة الأعمال استنادا إلى مجموعة من الدراسات السابقة، بغرض رصد استجابات عينة الدراسة، حيث تم تحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها بواسطة مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية المتمثلة في التكرارات، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الثبات ألفا كرونباخ، معامل الارتباط بيرسون، Ttest، معامل الانحدار المتعدد؛ بحيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كشفت النتائج عن وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لممارسات الأمن السيبراني على ريادة الأعمال، مع تميز بُعد "تتبع الأثر" كعامل مؤثر بشكل مباشر وذو دلالة إحصائية مقارنة ببقية الأبعاد الأخرى، كما بينت النتائج تفاوت مستويات تطبيق ممارسات الأمن السيبراني داخل المؤسسة، إذ سُجّلت مستويات مرتفعة في بعدي التتبع والتكنولوجيا، مقابل انخفاض في سرية البيانات، ما يعكس الحاجة إلى تعزيز البُعد الثقافي والتدريبي للأمن السيبراني بما يضمن تكاملًا فعّالًا مع الأداء الريادي This study aimed to examine the role of cybersecurity in enhancing entrepreneurial practices among a sample of 89 employees working at the pioneering institution 3MECS, located in HassiR’Mel, Laghouat Province. To achieve the primary objective of the study, two measurement scales—cybersecurity and entrepreneurship—were developed by the researcher based on, with the goal of capturing the responses of the study sample. The data collected were analyzed using a range of statistical tools, including frequencies, arithmetic means, standard deviation, Cronbach’s Alpha for reliability, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, T-test, and multiple regression analysis.The findings revealed a statistically significant effect of cybersecurity practices on entrepreneurship, with the "traceability" dimension emerging as a direct and statistically significant predictor compared to the other dimensions. Moreover, the results indicated a disparity in the levels of cybersecurity practice implementation within the institution, with higher levels recorded in the dimensions of traceability and applied technology, and lower levels in data confidentiality. This highlights the need to strengthen the cultural and training dimensions of cybersecurity to ensure effective integration with entrepreneurial performance
