Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الشبابيك والنوافذ الإسلامية في تعزيز الصيرفة الإسلامية في الجزائر، وذلك بالتطبيق على بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية وكالة غرداية، أين تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي من خلال إجراء مسح شامل للأدبيات النظرية المتعلقة بالصرفية الإسلامية وتحليل مدى تأثر هذه الأخيرة بفتح شبابيكإسلامية في البنوك العمومية المنصوص عليها في مرسوم تنفيذي20-02 . توصلت الدراسة أن الشبابيك ساهمت بشكل فعال في استقطاب شريحة واسعة من الزبائن وتحقيق الأرباح بفضل توفير منتجات مصرفية متوافقة مع الشريعة الإسلامية. The study aims to highlight the role of Islamic banking windows and counters in promoting Islamic banking in Algeria. This study focuses on the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ghardaia Agency. A descriptive and analytical approach was used, through a comprehensive survey of the theoretical literature related to Islamic banking and an analysis of the extent to which the latter has been affected by the opening of Islamic counters in public banks, as stipulated in Executive Decree 20-02. The study concluded that counters have effectively contributed to attracting a wide segment of customers and generating profits by providing banking products that comply with Islamic law.
