دراسة العرض والطلب على خدمات النقل الجوي للمسافرين /دراسة ميدانية مؤسسة تسيير المطارات مفدي زكرياء غرداية

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة واقع العرض والطلب على خدمات النقل الجوي في مطار غرداية، وقد إستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث قمنا بتوزيع 30 استمارة استبيان على عينة قصدية متكونة من 30 مسافر، في حين إستخدمنا مقابلة واستهدفنا فيها مدير وبعض من الموظفين ، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود توازن بين العرض والطلب يخضع لنفس الآليات الاقتصادية المعمول بها، مع ملاحظة الهيكلية في السوق التي أثرت على التنافسية وجودة الخدمات،كما أظهرت الدراسة أن مؤسسة تسيير المطارات لها بعض من قيود في البنية التحتية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع استراتيجية شاملة لتطوير القطاع، تشمل تحسين البنية التحتية، وتشجيع دخول شركات طيران جديدة، وزيادة عدد الرحلات وتنويع الوجهات لتلبية احتياجات المسافرين المتزايدةThe study examined the reality of supply and demand for air transport services at Ghardaïa Airport, utilizing a descriptive analytical approach. We distributed 30 survey questionnaires to a purposive sample consisting of 30 employees and travelers. The results indicated a balance between supply and demand governed by the same economic mechanisms in place, with a noted market structure that affected competitiveness and service quality. The study also revealed that the airport management institution faces infrastructure constraints. The study recommended the need for a comprehensive strategy to develop the sector, including improving infrastructure, encouraging the entry of new airlines, increasing the number of flights, and diversifying destinations to meet the growing needs of travelers.
