دور الخدمات المالية الرقمية في تعزيز الشمول المال دراسة حالة نك الخليج- الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الخدمات المالية الرقمية وأثرها في تحقيق الشمول المالي في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عملاء بنك الخليج في ثلاثة فروع (الجزائر العاصمة، الأغواط، الجلفة). تركز الدراسة على تحليل العلاقة بين تطور الخدمات الرقمية البنكية مثل التحويلات الإلكترونية، والدفع عبر الهاتف المحمول، والمحافظ الرقمية، وبين تعزيز الوصول إلى الخدمات المالية، وزيادة استخدام هذه الخدمات، وتحسين جودتها، وبناء الثقة فيها. كما تتناول الدراسة التحديات التي تواجه انتشار هذه الخدمات مثل ضعف البنية التحتية، الفجوة الرقمية، والثقة في التقنيات الحديثة. وتم الاعتماد على منهج وصفي تحليلي مدعوم بتحليل ميداني، بهدف اختبار الفرضيات المتعلقة بتأثير الخدمات الرقمية على أبعاد الشمول المالي. This dissertation aims to explore the reality of digital financial services and their impact on achieving financial inclusion in Algeria, based on a field study involving clients of Gulf Bank across three branches (Algiers, Laghouat, and Djelfa). The research focuses on analyzing the relationship between the development of digital banking services—such as electronic transfers, mobile payments, and digital wallets—and the enhancement of access to financial services, increased usage, service quality improvement, and customer trust. It also addresses the challenges hindering the expansion of these services, including weak infrastructure, the digital divide, and limited trust in modern technologies. A descriptive-analytical methodology supported by empirical analysis was adopted to test hypotheses concerning the influence of digital services on the dimensions of financial inclusion.
