دور الثقافة التنظيمية في تنمية الابتكار -دراسة حالة مؤسسة نفطال غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الثقافة التنظيمية في تنمية الابتكار في مؤسسة نفطال غرداية. حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، كما تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات وتوزيعها على عينة الدراسة (موظفي المؤسسة) حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية منهم وزعنا عليهم (40) استبانة وبعد استرجاعها استبعد منها 10 استبانات غير مستوفية للشروط والباقي قمنا بالاعتماد عليه في دراستنا حيث قمنا بالتحليل بالاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها وجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جميع أبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية (القيم التنظيمية – المعتقدات التنظيمية – الأعراف التنظيمية – التوقعات التنظيمية) وتنمية الابتكار في مؤسسة نفطال غرداية. This study aims to learn about the role of organizational culture in the development of innovation at the Naftal Ghardaïa Foundation. The descriptive and analytical curriculum was used, and the questionnaire tool was used as a means of collecting and distributing data and information to the sample of the study (employees of the institution). A random sample of them was selected and distributed to them (40). After retrieval, it was excluded from it, 10 unqualified questionnaires. One of our most important findings is a statistically significant impact relationship between all dimensions of organizational culture (organizational values - organizational beliefs - regulatory norms - regulatory expectations) and the development of innovation at the Naftal Ghardaïa Foundation
