دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين أداء المؤسسات السياحية - دراسة حالة مديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية - عين صالح

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of information and communication technology in improving تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين أداء المؤسسات السياحية، للإجابة على إشكالية البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الإطار النظري ودراسة حالة في الجانبي التطبيقي. وقد تمت هذه الدراسة بمديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية عين صالح، تم استخدام المقابلة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات بالمديرية في الحدود الزمنية من 12ماي 2024 إلى 26ماي2024 بحيث أجريت المقابلة مع رئيس مصلحة السياحة بمديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية وتم تحليلها ومناقشتها. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال لها دور هام وفعال في تحسين أداء مديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية عين صالح، ولتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال تأثير على أداء مديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية بعين صالح من حيث كفاءة المورد البشري لانTIC ساهمت في الحصول على المورد البشري المؤهل فيصبح ذو كفاءة عالية. ومن أهم التوصيات التي وضعنها في الدراسة اقتناء بنية تحتية حديثة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال من اجل مواكبة التغيرات من الحاسوب وملحقاته خاصة فيما يخص البرمجيات وشبكات الاتصال، والحرص الشديد على تدريب وتكوين المورد البشري على استخدام هذه التكنولوجيا، فعلى كل مؤسسة سياحية أن توظف مصممين لبرمجيات ومختصين في صيانة البرامج أكفئ، و استخدام احدث TIC في مديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية لا يدمر الصناعة التقليدية والثقافية والعادات المميزة للمجتمع العين صالحي بل يثمنها ويعرفها ويوصلها إلى ابعد مكان في العال the performance of tourism institutions. To answer the research problem, the descriptive approach was used in the theoretical framework and a case study in the applied aspect. This study was carried out in the Directorate of Tourism and Handicrafts in Ain Salah. The interview was used to collect data and information in the Directorate within the time limits from May 12, 2024 to May 26, 2024. The interview was conducted with the head of the Tourism Service in the Directorate of Tourism and Handicrafts and was analyzed and discussed. IV This study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that information and communication technology has an important and effective role in improving the performance of the Directorate of Tourism and Handicrafts in Ain Salah, and that information and communication technology has an impact on the performance of the Directorate of Tourism and Handicrafts in Ain Salah in terms of the efficiency of the human resource because TIC contributed to obtaining the resource. A qualified human being becomes highly efficient. One of the most important recommendations that we made in the study is the acquisition of a modern information and communication technology infrastructure in order to keep pace with changes in the computer and its accessories, especially with regard to software and communication networks, and great care to train and train the human resource to use this technology. Every tourism institution must employ software designers and specialists in Maintenance of programs is more efficient, and the use of the latest TIC in the Directorate of Tourism and Traditional Industry does not destroy the traditional and cultural industry and the distinctive customs of the Ain Salah community, but rather enhances it, defines it, and delivers it to the most distant places in the world
