Abstract

لقد تناولت دراستنا الموسومة بـ: الدور الاصلاحي والدبلوماسي لحمدان خوجة اواخر العهد العثماني1773-1840 تسليط الضوء على شخصية معاصرة متميزة استطاعت أن تترك لها حيز في الأوساط العلمية الجزائرية والعربية و العالمية ،كما لها السبق في التأليف لتاريخ الجزائر الحديث و لقد اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي المتبوع باليات الوصف والتحليل . كما اعتمدنا المنهج الاستقصائي في استقاء المعلومات من مصادرها الاصلية دون اهمال اليات النقد لإضفاء الصبغة الموضوعية على موضوع الدراسة وبعد تتبعنا للمسار النضالي لشخصيتنا موضوع الدراسة حمدان بن عثمان خوجة انطلاقا من مولده ونشأته ومرورا بتكوينه الفكري والعلمي والسياسي ووصولا إلى مختلف نشاطاته السياسة والدبلوماسية والفكرية نخلص لمجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أن حمدان بن عثمان خوجة أول شخصية ارخت للجزائر نهاية الحكم العثماني وبداية الاحتلال وتمكنت من تسليط الضوء على مختلف الجوانب السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية للجزائر في فترة نهاية الايالة وبداية الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر . كما يعد حمدان بن عثمان خوجة أول من اتحذ أسلوب النضال السياسي ضد الاحتلال الفرنسي من أجل الدفاع عن القضية الجزائرية انطلاقا من حنكته السياسية وخبرته واطلاعه على خبايا الفكر السياسي الأوروبي. Our study, titled: The reformist and diplomatic role of Hamdan Khoja in the late Ottoman era 1773-1840, has focused on shedding light on a distinguished contemporary personality who was able to leave aauthoring the modern history of Algeria, and we relied in the study on the method. Historical followed by the mechanisms of description and analysis We also adopted the investigative approach in extracting information from its original sources without neglecting the mechanisms of criticism in order to add objectivity to the subject of the study. After tracing the path of struggle of our character, the subject of the study, Hamdan bin Othman Khoja, starting from his birth and upbringing, passing through his intellectual, scientific and political formation, and arriving at his various political, diplomatic and intellectual activities, we conclude with a set of results, the most important of which is that Hamdan bin Othman Khoja is the first personality who chronicled for Algeria the end of Ottoman rule and the beginning of the occupation and was able to shed Shedding light on the various political, economic, social and cultural aspects of Algeria in the period of the end of the Eyala and the beginning of the French occupation of Algeria Hamdan bin Othman Khoja is also considered the first to adopt the method of political struggle against the French occupation in order to defend the Algerian cause, based on his political acumen, experience, and knowledge of the mysteries of European political thought.
