محددات سعر الصرف في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000-2020)

Abstract

إن تحديد العوامل المفسرة لسعر الصرف إشكالية كبيرة تناولتها العديد من النظريات والدراسات والأبحاث ، إلا أنه لم يتم التوصل إلى مجموعة محددة من العوامل التي يمكن الإجماع على أنها تؤثر وبشكل ثابت على سعر الصرف ومن هنا لتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محددات سعر الصرف في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2022 وبتالي من الضروري على الحكومة الجزائرية العمل على تنويع الصادرات بشكل يمكن من رفع درجة التنافسية والانفتاح التجاري زيادة الطاقة الانتاجية للاقتصاد الوطني في كل القطاعات وعدم الاعتماد على المحروقات وذلك لتدعيم عملية التكوين إحتياطي النقد الأجنبي للمواجهة الواردات وإستخدامه في إدارة السياسة النقدية والمحافظة على إستقرار سعر الصرف وفق المعطيات الإقتصادية Determining the factors explaining the exchange rate is a big problem that has been dealt with by many theories, studies and researches. However, no specific set of factors has been reached that can be agreed upon as having a fixed effect on the exchange rate. Hence, this study aims to measure and analyze the impact of some macroeconomic variables on the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar against the US dollar during the period (2000-2022) using the autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL). The study found that the money supply has a negative impact on the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar in the short term and positive in the long term. Inflation rates have a negative impact on the exchange rate in the short and long terms, while interest rates have a positive effect on the Algerian dinar exchange rate in the term, Finally, exports have an adverse effect on the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar, since the increase in exports contributes to the improvement and appreciation of the national currency in the short and long term
