Abstract

تناولنا في هذه الدراسة أثر المنصات الرقمية ودورها في تحسين جودة الخدمة المقدمة بالجامعة من خلال نظام المعلومات PROGRESS ، من خلال معالجتنا للإشكالية التالية: ماهو أثر المنصة الرقمية PROGRESS في تحسين جودة الخدمات الجامعية؟"،حيث تمت الدراسة في الإقامة الجامعية 1000 سرير –ذكور- بولاية غردية، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد في جمع المعلومات على إستمارة الإستبيان الإلكترونية كأداة لإستقصاء و جمع أراء و إجابات الطلبة، وبعد جمع البيانات تم استخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية 26 . SPSS V . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: هناك دور كبير و فعال للمنصات الرقمية في تحسين جودة الخدمة المقدمة بالجامعة من خلال منصة PROGRESS ، وكذا أظهرت النتائج أن هناك دور لمنصة PROGRESS في تسهيل وتبسيط التسجيلات البيداغوجية والتسجيلات في الإقامة الجامعية للطالب مما إختصر الوقت والجهد على كل من الطالب والموظف إلا أن هناك نقائص وشكاوي في هذه المنصة We have done in This study the effect and impact of the digital platform and its role at improving the good tasks given at the university through the system PROGRESS while treating the following problems: «what is the effect of the digital platform progress in proving good quality of university services? "A study has been done at the university of Ghardaïa 1000 bed (boys) and to reach the goals of the study, we collected information and relied on the electronic questionnaire form as a survey tool and collecting the answers, opinions of students, After gathering the facts (data) using many statistical methods using the statistical package for the sciences program SPSS V26. The study ended at the following results: There is a great and effective role for digital platforms in improving the high quality of services given at the university through the Progress platform and also the result said that there is a role for Progress Platform in facilitating and simplifying the pedagogic registrations and registrations on the University residence, which gains and wins time and effort for both students and workers, but there are Complaints and shortcomings
