This study focuses on the bioecology of rodents in the Metlili and Mansoura regions, aiming to map their spatio-temporal distribution across different study sites. Random trapping using both sticky traps and pitfall traps was conducted at four different stations: Metlili, Oued Drine, Sebseb, and Mansoura. A total of 26 rodent individuals were captured using 155 traps, representing 10 species belonging to two subfamilies, Murinae and Gerbillinae. The most frequently captured species was Gerbillidae sp. (FC = 55.55%). The Shannon-Weaver diversity index was estimated at 1.63 bits, with evenness values ranging between 0.15 and 0.19.EN_en
