Abstract: The study aimed to understand the nature of the relationship between the use of e- learning and the improvement of academic performance from the perspective of students at the University of Ghardaia. We tried to identify the nature of e-learning and its role in improving academic performance from the perspective of students at the University of Ghardaia. We posed the following general question: To what extent does e-learning contribute to improving the quality of academic performance from the perspective of students at the University of Ghardaia? The research was conducted on a random sample of 100 male and female students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The descriptive approach was used to study and understand the nature of e-learning and its role in improving academic performance from the perspective of university students. An electronic questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of students, and the data was analyzed statistically using the SPSS program. The results of the study showed: - The results showed a positive relationship between the use of e-learning and the academic achievement of students, as students who regularly use e-learning achieved higher levels of academic performance. The study also revealed the importance of appropriate technological infrastructure and academic support in enhancing the e-learning experience of students, which positively reflects on their academic results. - The study highlighted the role of e-learning in providing flexibility for students in terms of time management and participation in university activities, which is reflected in improving their academic performance. - The study concluded that universities need to invest in technological infrastructure and support faculty members and students to maximize the use of e-learning in enhancing academic results.
