This research focuses on optimizing these systems to enhance fraud detection capabilities and improve the efficiency of self-vending processes. By leveraging advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), biometric authentication, and blockchain, the study aims to address the dual challenges of fraud prevention and operational efficiency. The research involves a comprehensive review of existing technologies, the development of sophisticated algorithms, and the integration of biometric and blockchain solutions. Expected outcomes include the creation of more robust and accurate monetary recognition systems, significant reductions in fraudulent activities, and enhanced user experiences in self-vending environments.
