dc.description.abstractIn the context of studying fungal diseases affecting palm trees in the Menia region, and with the aim of identifying the different types of fungi that infect palm varieties in the area, our work is conducted in three stages: o First, we conduct surveys with agricultural authorities in Ghardaïa and Menia. o Then, we identify the locations and take samples in the three municipalities (Menia, Hassi El Gara, and Hassi El Fhel). o Finally, we conduct laboratory work. o After performing isolation and identification in the laboratory, we obtained the following results: - The types of fungi identified are Aspergillus sp, Alternaria sp, and Penicillium sp. - The most prevalent fungus is Aspergillus sp. - The most affected variety is Daglet nour .EN_en
