بيوتات العلم في الدولة الزيانية ــ بيت المازوني أنموذجا ــ( 760 ــ883 هـ / 1359 ــ 1478 مـ)

Abstract

تَناول هذَا البحثُ بيوتات العلم في الدولة الزيّانية بيت المازوني أُنموذجًا (760-883ه/1359-1478م)، وقدّ جاءَ في ثلاثةِ فصولٍ، تناول الفصل الأول البيت المازوني العهد والمورث من خلال التطرق للحياة الثقافية وبيوتات العلم في الدولة الزيّانية والتعرف على البيت المازوني، بينما عُني الفصل الثاني بأعلام البيت المازوني بالتعرف على نسبهم ونشأتهم ومؤلفاتهم، فيما تناول الفصل الثالث والأخير الأثر السياسي والثقافي والاجتماعي للبيت المازوني، حيث توصلت إلى أن له أثر كبير ومتعدد، حيث شاركوا في تطور الفقه المالكي وأصدروا فتاوى ونوازل في مختلف المسائل السياسية والثقافية والاجتماعية، وكانوا من رجالات الدولة وقضاة عادلين. This research dealt with the Houses of Science in the zayyanite state, the mazonian House as a model (760-883 AH/1359-1478 AD), and it contains three chapters. The first chapter dealt with the mazonian house testament and inheritance through dealing with the cultural life and houses of science in the zayyanite state and identifying the mazonian house. The second chapter dealt with the prominent figures of the mazonian house by identifying their parentage, genesis and writings. As for the third and final chapter which dealt with the political, cultural and social impact of the mazonian house where it is concluded that it has such a significant impact that they participated in the development of Maliki jurisprudence and issued fatawas and rulings on various political, cultural and social issues. They were statesmen and fair enough judges.
