dc.description.abstractThis study aims at highlighting the preventive role of the civil society from the social problems, focusing attention of the scouting movement as one of the most significant bodies of the civil society. Realizing the aim, the aim of this study, an analytical reading on the scouting method “phase of advanced scout” of Algeria, as this study sample, which is based on the ages between 15-17,by means of building a toll for the method content analysis to tighten the values and skills included in the scouting method to strengthen the prevention from social problems.This study has found that the scouting method is made of nine value categories, and seven skills categories, distributed across five aspects, which in total strengthen the prevention from social problems.EN_en
