dc.description.abstractEndowed real estates are exposed to several factors which might well block guaranteed benefits, prevent people to gain perpetual divine rewards, and eventually restrain the society’s development. The current study sheds light on the causes that lead ruined estate and the undertaken legal provisions. The Islamic law does not only endeavor to retain the endowed estate, even the ruined, but how to get interest from it as well. In this sense, preserving the seized estate and making benefit from are two major elements in endowing real estate.EN_en
