Abstract

تهدف درستننا الى معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك علاقة بين الأمن النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، محاولين الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: - ما مستوى الأمن النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي؟ - ما مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي؟ - ما طبيعة العلاقة بين الأمن النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي؟ - هل تختلف درجات الأمن النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي باختلاف الجنس؟ - هل تختلف درجات الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي باختلاف الجنس؟ ويتم الإجابة عليها مؤقتا بصياغة الفرضيات التالية: - نتوقع أن مستوى الأمن النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي مرتفع. - نتوقع أن مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي مرتفع. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الأمن النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. - تختلف درجات الأمن النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي باختلاف الجنس. - تختلف درجات الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي باختلاف الجنس. وقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي في دراستنا وشملت العينة 93 أستاذا وأستاذة في التعليم الإبتدائي بمدينة متليلي وأختيروا بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. وطبقت على هذه العينة أداة لجمع البيانات (الإستبيان) مقياس الأمن النفسي لزينب شقير، ومقياس الأداء الوظيفي لزايدر، وقد عولجت البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام النسبة المئوية واختبار "T. Test" لقياس دلالة الفروق. علما أننا استخدمنا نظام SPSS لتحليل البيانات وقد توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - يوجد مستوى متوسط من الأمن النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. - يوجد مستوى مرتفع من الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الأمن النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي. - تختلف درجات الأمن النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي باختلاف الجنس. - تختلف درجات الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي باختلاف الجنس.

Our study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between psychological security and job performance among primary education teachers, trying to answer the following questions: - What is the level of psychological security among primary education teachers? - What is the level of job performance among primary education teachers? - What is the nature of the relationship between psychological security and job performance among primary education teachers? - Do the degrees of psychological security among primary education teachers differ according to gender? - Do the job performance scores of primary education teachers differ according to gender? It is tentatively answered by formulating the following hypotheses: We expect that the level of psychological security among primary education teachers is high. We expect that the level of job performance among primary education teachers is high. - There is a positive, statistically significant correlation between psychological security and job performance among primary education teachers. - The degrees of psychological security among primary education teachers differ according to gender. - The job performance scores of primary education teachers differ according to gender. We followed the descriptive approach in our study, and the sample included 93 male and female teachers in primary education in the city of Matlili, and they were selected in a simple random way. A data collection tool (questionnaire) was applied to this sample: the Psychological Security Scale by Zainab Choucair and the Job Performance Scale by Zaider. The data were treated statistically using percentages and the “T-Test” to measure the significance of the differences. Note that we used SPSS to analyze the data and we reached the following results: - There is an average level of psychological security among primary education teachers. - There is a high level of job performance among primary education teachers. - There is a positive, statistically significant correlation between psychological security and job performance among primary education teachers. - Degrees of psychological security among primary education teachers differ according to gender. - The job performance scores of primary education teachers differ according to gender.
