الذكاء الوجداني وعلاقته بإدارة الأزمات لدى عينة من أطباء و ممرضي مستشفى إبراهيم ترشين بغرداية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الذكاء الوجداني وإدارة الأزمات لدى عينية من أطباء وممرضي مستشفى إبراهيم ترشين بغرداية، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق باختلاف السن والاقدمية، والكشف عن العلاقة بين درجات الذكاء الوجداني وإدارة الأزمات .ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم تطبيق استبيان تم التأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية (الصدق والثبات) على عينة مكونة من 176 طبيب وممرض بمستشفى إبراهيم ترشين بغرداية، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي والوسائل الإحصائية الملائمة وبالاستعانة بالحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss19) تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - مستوى الذكاء الوجداني لدى عينة من أطباء وممرضي مستشفى إبراهيم ترشين متوسط. - مستوى إدارة الازمات لدى عينة من أطباء وممرضي مستشفى إبراهيم ترشين متوسط. - لا توجد علاقة بين درجات الذكاء الوجداني وإدارة الازمات لدى عينة من أطباء وممرضي مستشفى إبراهيم ترشين. - لا توجد فروق بين الجنسين في الذكاء الوجداني لدى عينة من أطباء وممرضي مستشفى إبراهيم ترشين. - لا توجد فروق بين الجنسين في إدارة الازمات لدى عينة من أطباء وممرضي مستشفى إبراهيم ترشين. - توجد فروق في الذكاء الوجداني باختلاف نوع الوظيفة لدى عينة من أطباء وممرضي مستشفى إبراهيم ترشين. - توجد فروق في إدارة الازمات باختلاف نوع الوظيفة لدى عينة من أطباء وممرضي مستشفى إبراهيم ترشين. - لا توجد اختلافات في درجات الذكاء الوجداني تعزى لمتغير الاقدمية لدى عينة من أطباء وممرضي مستشفى إبراهيم ترشين. - توجد فروق في إدارة الازمات باختلاف الاقدمية لدى عينة من أطباء وممرضي مستشفى ابراهم ترشين. This studyaimed to identify the level of emotional intelligence and crisis management among a sample of doctors and nurses at Ibrahim Tarchin Hospital in Ghardaia, as well as to identify the differencesaccording to age and seniority, and to reveal the relationshipbetweendegrees of emotional intelligence and crisismanagement.Toachieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire whosepsychometricproperties (validity and reliability) wereconfirmedwasapplied to a sample of 176 doctors and nurses at Ibrahim Tarchin Hospital in Ghardaia. Using the descriptive approach and appropriatestatisticalmethods, and with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS19), the resultswerereached. next: -The level of emotional intelligence among a sample of doctors and nurses at Ibrahim Tarshin Hospital is average. - The level of crisis management among a sample of doctors and nurses at Ibrahim Tarshin Hospital is average. - There is no relationship between emotional intelligence scores and crisis management among a sample of doctors and nurses at Ibrahim Tarshin Hospital. - There are no differences between the sexes in emotional intelligence among a sample of doctors and nurses at Ibrahim Tarshin Hospital. - There are no differences between genders in crisis management among a sample of doctors and nurses at Ibrahim Tarshin Hospital. - There are differences in emotional intelligence depending on the type of job among a sample of doctors and nurses at Ibrahim Tarshin Hospital. - There are differences in crisis management depending on the type of job among a sample of doctors and nurses at Ibrahim Tarshin Hospital. - There are no differences in emotional intelligence scores due to the seniority variable among a sample of doctors and nurses at Ibrahim Tarshin Hospital. - There are differences in crisis management according to seniority among a sample of doctors and nurses at Ibrahim Tarshin Hospital.
