Evaluation et diagnostique biologique des dysfonctionnements thyroïdiens

Abstract

Résumé La glande thyroïde joue un rôle clé dans le maintien et la stabilité de tous les systèmes et les cellules du corps par le biais de la sécrétion des hormones T4 et T3 après sa stimulation par l’hormone TSH. La thyroïde fonctionne de la même façon chez les femmes que chez les hommes, mais les femmes risquent beaucoup plus d’affecter par dysthyroïdies à cause de plusieurs facteurs contribuent à l’apparition de ces maladies. Les tests de laboratoire des hormones thyroïdiennes permet de déterminer le fonctionnement de la glande qui peut être normale (euthyroïdie), diminué (hypothyroïdie) ou élevé (hyperthyroïdie) et aussi ils déterminent le taux d’efficacité du traitement. Pour ces raisons on considère que l’évaluation biologique est très importante au bon diagnostic de fonctionnement de la thyroïde. ملخص تلعب الغدة الدرقية دورًا رئيسيًا في صيانة واستقرار جميع الأنظمة والأنظمة خلايا الجسم من خلال إفراز الهرمونات T4 وT3 بعد تحفيزها هرمون TSH . تعمل الغدة الدرقية عند النساء نفس وظائفها عند الرجال، لكن النساء أكثر عرضة للإصابة بخلل الغدة الدرقية بسبب عدة عوامل المساهمة في ظهور هذه الأمراض. تساعد الاختبارات المعملية لهرمونات الغدة الدرقية في تحديد مدى نجاحها الغدة التي يمكن أن تكون طبيعية (قصور الغدة الدرقية) أو منخفضة (قصور الغدة الدرقية) أو مرتفعة (فرط نشاط الغدة الدرقية) ويحددون أيضًا معدل فعالية العلاج. ولهذه الأسباب يعتبر أن التقييم البيولوجي مهم جداً للحق تشخيص وظيفة الغدة الدرقية. Abstract The thyroid gland plays a key role in maintaining the stability and in all systems of the body and the cells through the secretion of hormones T4 and T3 after stimulation by TSH. The thyroid works the same way in women than in men, but women are much more likely to be affected by thyroid dysfunction due to several factors contribute to the onset of these diseases. Laboratory tests of thyroid hormones can determine the functioning of the gland may be normal (euthyroid) decreased (hypothyroidism) or high (hyperthyroidism) and they also determine the rate of treatment efficacy. For these reasons we consider that the biological assessment is very important for the proper diagnosis of thyroid function.
