Impact des décharges publiques sur le milieu naturel dans la région de Ghardaïa

Abstract

Résumé : Notre travail consiste par la présente contribution à exposer une analyse de l’impact causé sur le milieu naturel des deux décharges existantes à Metlili et Zelfana dans la wilaya de Ghardaïa afin d’évaluer les dommages des décharges publiques sur le milieu entraînant la disparition de certaines espèces végétales et une certaine instabilité dans l’équilibre biologique. La wilaya de Ghardaïa est située au Sahara septentrional, dispose d’un potentiel écologique, paysagère et économique important qui lui confère la deuxième destination touristique après le littoral. La démarche envisagée dans notre travail s’était de faire mener une enquête sur le terrain, nous avons constaté une agression sur le milieu naturel causée par ces décharges, exploitées de manière confuse et non appropriée constituent des menaces sérieuses pour l'environnement et à la santé publique. ملخص : يتكون عملنا من هذه المساهمة في تقديم تحليل للأثر الناجم حول البيئة الطبيعية للمطمرين الموجودين في متليلي وزلفانة بولاية غرداية وذلك من أجل تقييم أضرار المدافن العامة على البيئة مما أدى إلى اختفاءها بعض الأنواع النباتية وعدم استقرار معين في التوازن البيولوجي. تقع ولاية غرداية في شمال الصحراء الكبرى، وتتمتع بإمكانات بيئية، مناظرها الطبيعية ومشهدها الاقتصادي المهم يجعلها الوجهة السياحية الثانية بعد ساحلي. كان النهج المتوخى في عملنا هو إجراء تحقيق ميداني، وقد لاحظنا اعتداءً على البيئة الطبيعية سببه استغلال هذه المطامر بطريقة مربكة وغير مناسبة تشكل تهديدات خطيرة للبيئة و الصحة العامة. Summary: Our job is hereby contribution to exhibit an analysis of the impact caused to the natural environment of the two existing landfills has Metlili and Zelfana in the wilaya of Ghardaia to assess damage landfills on the environment leading to the disappearance of certain plant species and some instability in the biological balance. The wilaya of Ghardaia is located in the northern Sahara, has significant potential ecological, landscape and economic giving it the second largest tourist destination after the coastline. The proposed approach in our work was to conduct a field survey; we found an assault on the environment caused by such discharges, operated so confusing and inappropriate pose serious threats to the environment and public health.
